Foundation is a must when packing, but rather than take the full bottle (hello not enough space!) I plan to take small amount in one of those handy plastic pots. I'm currently using the L'Oreal True Match so will pump a few squirts into a pot which should last me for around 2-3 days.
I’ve been travelling a bit with work lately and find concealer is a tricky one. I have yet to find a way of dispensing it into a smaller tube / container; luckily most of mine come in fairly slim tubes anyway, enough to fit in my oh so glamourous sandwich bag! Meaning the UD Naked Weightless Concealer will definitely be coming with me as will a sample size of Clinique's Loose Powder to set - I always keep samples as they come in so handy for travelling!
In my makeup bag I'll be sure to take the Eylure Brow Pencil in Blonde which is my favourite for penciling in thick natural looking brows, Benefit's Ready Set Brow to set, making sure I brush the hairs upwards so it looks like I have more hair than I actually do. I'll then take my Charlotte Tilbury Look in a Palette for basically everything else, as this has a blush, bronzer, eyeshadows and highlight in one, so easy and compact!
I’ll be sure to pop in Too Faced Better Than Sex Mascara for thick fluffy lashes and a bit of Bourjois Liquid Liner in brown and I'm good to go! And thankfully most of what’s mentioned is not a liquid so will fit nice and snug into my hand luggage without breaking any of the travel rules around liquids.
