Liquid Lipstick Lovin' - My Collection

Liquid Lipsticks are everywhere these days and I have fallen for them hook, line and sinker.  I am pretty much obsessed with anything matte at the moment, so coupled with the benefit of super long lasting colour and you can see why I like them so much.

I don't have a huge collection as its hard to know which ones are any good, especially when we don't have the majority of the highly rated brands here in the UK such a Colour Pop, Kylie Cosmetics and Anastasia Beverly Hills, if you're buying online you have to make sure your choice is a good one as it can be costly if not!

Bottom to top - Revlon Flirtation, Anastasia Soft Lilac, Colour Pop Midi, Sleek, Gerrard Cosmetics Esctasy

I have noticed that a lot brands that do liquid lipsticks that were harder to get hold of have become more available here, sites like Cult Beauty and Beauty Bay are great for stocking brands like Gerrard Cosmetics, Stila and Dose of Colours, however the colour ranges can be a little limited. The UK has some great liquid lipsticks to offer, with more and more high street brands coming out with their own ranges.

My two favorites from my collection are Colour Pop in Midi which is a gorgeous peachy nude shade and Anastasia Beveryly Hills in Soft Lilac. I managed to get my Colour Pop from eBay after scouring through sellers to find someone with a good rating and my ABH from Depop. Both are really long lasting and don't dry the lips out too much .  I think with every liquid lipstick you are going to get some element of drying but the bad ones literally suck the life out of your lips which these don't do.

The rest of my collection consists of some Liquid Lipsticks from Sleek in Birthday Suit and Peony these have been identified numerous times as dupes of two shades from the Kylie Cosmetics line (Koko and Dolce I think.) A Revlon Matte in Flirtation which is a gorgeous coral shade, Gerrard Cosmetics Hydra Matte in Ecstasy which is a cool purple colour and loads of NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams which aren't quite liquid lipsticks as they don't last as long but they still give the same effect.

My collection is definitely growing!

What are your favourite Liquid Lipstick brands, I'd be interested to know?
