NYX Soft Matte Lipcreams

My little collection of NYX Soft Matte Lip Creams has grown to four over the last few months and I fully intend to get more. Especially now Boots and Selfridges stock NYX products and here’s why.

They are the perfect hybrid somewhere between a liquid lipstick – not quite so full on and drying and a lipstick, perfect for lazier days as you can just smudge them on and go.

They have a similar lasting power to a liquid lipstick (depending which brand you use) but as they are not so thick and opaque I find them a lot more comfortable and easier to wear.

The NYX SMLC’s (lets call them that for short) have a moussey texture so feel really light on the lips. Although I do recommend you apply lip balm first especially if you suffer from dryness.

So far I have the colours Tokyo, Cairo, Stockholm and Buenos Aires.  I absolutely loved the Butter Cream Glosses from NYX and the SMLC’s have become my new obsession.
