I love a new mascara and am usually partial to the more high end, Better Than Sex by Too Faced is a fave, but when I saw how well the L'Oreal False Lash Sculpt had gone down in the beauty community I knew I had to give it a go, as every now and then the drugstores bring out a gem.
The FLS claims to give 3 effects - tightline at the root of the lash, volume at the core and fan out at the tip, not sure about that but it is a bloody good mascara! I wouldn't use it for tighlining as am sure this would just cause a mess, however the unique shape of the brush means if you want you can press it right up against the lashes to give a liner effect.
What it does do is give you amazing lashes, very fanned out and volumous, just how I like it and it lasts all day. One of my major bug bears with cheaper mascaras is that by midday it looks like you're hardly wearing anything but this has a good lasting power and doesn't do that annoying smudgy thing on the lower lash line - another bug bear of mine.
I'd say this is up there with the Maybelline Lash Sensational, another drug store favourite of mine and actually has a similar brush. Plastic and curved so it grabs all the lashes and fans them out nicely.
FLS is on offer at the moment at Boots so if you're on the hunt for a new mascara and you like dramatic lashes, I'd strongly suggest you try this.
