Hourglass is a luxury brand of cosmetics, maybe best well known for their Ambient Lighting powders, a range of blushers, bronzers and face powders that all contain light diffusing technology aimed at recreating the most flattering light effects on the face.
I've stalked these powders for quite some time - far too much than I'd care to admit, It's hard when you don't have a counter nearby and they just look so gosh darn beautiful! Luckily I managed to pick up the bronzer and a blush when I was in London recently.
I got the shade Mood Exposure and the Luminous Light Bronzer - both of which are utterly gorgeous.
Both have a slight shimmer running through them, which I can only imagine helps create that glow both are buttery soft and a little goes a long way.
Mood Exposure is a pretty muted pink, beautiful on pale skin and goes well with any make-up look - just what I was after. And the bronzer - don't even get me started. Lets just say this has become my favourite bronzer ever. I can't imagine using anything else now that I've seen the effect this gives, literally like a week in the sun, so natural and sun kissed.
So far my dabble with Hourglass has been a good one, I had to hold myself back from buying anything else but I've definitely got my eye on some of the face powders.
