Lash Sensational

I’m just going to put it out there and say I love this mascara.  I’m particularly fussy about my mascaras, especially when it comes to ones off the high street as I’ve never found anything that gives me the oomf I’m after.

I calculate I must have spent over £200 on mascara in the last few years, which kind of makes you feel sick when you think about it like that! I tend to alternate between my beloved Clinique High Impact Extreme and Too Faced Better Than Sex, both awesome mascaras and if you ask me totally worth the stomach churning price.

With that in mind I don’t usually venture onto high street mascaras,  I picked up Lash Sensational on a whim as part of a 3for2 offer in Boots, I’d heard good things so was interested to give it a go.

I’m glad I did as I’ve really enjoyed using this mascara so far. It’s got one of those plastic brushes with a curve so it grips and separates the lashes really well, resulting in voluminous fanned out lashes. It can easily be layered too depending on how much volume you want to go for.

The pigmentation on this mascara is great, really black and doesn’t smudge under the lashes by midday, so overall quite impressed! 

I think the packaging is really nice – who doesn’t like pink and it retails for under £10 so has been quite the find. I put this up there with the L’Oreal Telescopic which is another one of my high street mascara favourites.
