I love having a nose through these posts on other peoples blogs, it’s always interesting to see what people manage to find for under a tenner these days. There are so many good affordable beauty ranges out there now, I wanted to share with you my top 10 under £10.
Kiko Eye Shadow Sticks £9.00
Recently featuring in my battle of the eye shadows sticks posthere, retailing at £9 each, I’m glad these little treasures fall into the under £10 category. With over 30 long wearing shades to chose from, they are amongst some of my favouritecream eye shadows on the market and I’d definitely recommend you check them out.
Collection Fast Stroke Eye Liner £2.99
A long wearing, super black eye liner for under £3, this is my go to liquid eye liner which I actually prefer over the like ofBourjois and L’Oreal.
Topshop Cream Blush
With lots of pretty shades to choose from, Topshop have got it spot on with their cream blush range. They are some of the creamiest, easy to blend cream blushes out there and I love the cute packaging too.
Eylure Brow Pencil
I’d highly recommend checking out the recently revamped Eylure brow range as they have some of the ashiest coloursI’ve managed to find. This pencil in particular lasts all dayand doesn’t drag or pull on the skin.
Tanya Burr Lipgloss
These are very pigmented in colour and easier to get hold ofthan the NYX Butter Glosses, which I find them very comparable to. I’ve adored these glosses since they launched and wear them on an almost daily basis.
Maybelline The Falsies
Undoubtedly one of the best mascaras on the high street, if you’ve read any of my previous posts on mascara you’ll probably know by now I’m a little fussy - ok a lot, when it comes to mascaras so for this to make it onto the list is pretty special. It doesn’t rate against my High Impact but it does a good job of volumising an lengthening the lashes resulting in a full, fluffy lash look.
Bourjois Healthy Mix Powder & Foundation
Not much needs to be said about these two (yes I snuck them in together as one entry) as the name says it all really, healthy flawless skin. I’ve reviewed the Healthy Mix range previously on my blog here and have mentioned the fact I love the foundation so much, I have it in 3 shades, so if that isn’t reason enough to give it a go I don’t know what is!
Loreal Bronzer
An unexpected find but none the less a good one. I really like this for everyday to warm up the skin and create a bit of a contoured look without being too OTT. There are lots of shades in the range to choose from, so there’s bound to be one for everyone.
Maxfactor Blush
I recently reviewed these here ,as they seemed to pop up out of no where and I was so impressed when I found these in Boots. Loads of pretty shades to choose from, these baked blushes are an absolute bargain and leave the prettiest satin finish to the cheeks.
Topshop Lipstick
Last but not least is the Topshop Lipstick range which I feel idon’t have enough of in my collection. Every time I go intoTopshop I’m slightly overwhelmed at all the shades they have and often leave empty handed. Loads of dupes for MAC, creamy, highly pigmented lipstick perfection.
You may have noticed there is no concealer in my top 10, I did debate the Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer which seems really popular but in all honesty I don’t rate it that much. I find it too dry, so alas no concealer has made it into this top 10 – I’ll be sticking to my Nars for now unless you have any suggestions?
