Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer

The Maybelline Instant Age Rewind Concealer has become a bit of a sensation over the last six months. It seems everyone is keen to jump on this hype bandwagon and for good reason.

Priced at £7.99 this is an absolute bargain find, it comes in a neat little glass bottle finished with a sponge tip applicator and one of those clicky pen things to dispense the product. 

I purchased mine last summer and after watching various  YouTube vids lately my love has been firmly reignited and it has become a staple once again in my makeup bag.

I like to use mine predominately for highlighting - great under the eyes, around the nose, all the usual bits as its nice and illuminating. It’s not too greasy either,  some concealers canbe almost too slippery and just end up making a mess on my face. This one blends nicely, sets well and lasts all day.

Mid-day touch-ups won’t be an issue either - thanks to its lightweight formula, it doesn’t cake or overload the skin with product.  In fact I find it quite handy for cleaning up under my eyes if my mascara has decided to travel downwards half way through the morning - a regular occurrence for me!

Overall a great product at a bargain price.

On a little side note I hear that Maybelline have a new concealer heading our way this one provides a heavy duty coverage, Vivianna Does Makeup features it in a product haul video here and it looks fab. It’ll be hitting the UK in mid Feb.
