Dramatic I know, but what else could I call this post? The Pixi Glow Tonic really has earned this title.
I am super late to the party on this one, heck I think I missed it, but still better late than never! The Pixi Glow Tonic has already earned itself cult status in the beauty world as being one of the best exfoliating toners on the market. I've heard stories of people buying out the entire store just in case they ever ran out, so when I came across the Pixi store on Carnaby street, I had to check it out.
The Glow Tonic is Pixi's best selling product and claims to help tone, firm and tighten the skin by removing dead skin cells. The orange liquid contains 5% glycolic acid amongst other things to help blast away the dull dead skin and my god does it do just that!
The first time I used the Glow Tonic, I saturated a cotton pad and gently swept it over my skin after cleansing. The next morning I woke up to the softest skin ever. I did notice for the first few days of using it I got a few spots and my skin felt a bit sensitive, but this soon disappeared to reveal the most beautiful glowing complexion the more I use it.
The absolute beauty of this product is the longer you use it the better results you get. In the last few weeks my skin has become more supple and smooth and any dry patches have disappeared, it might be just me but I feel like any skin care products I put on top work better after using the Glow Tonic.
I'd 100% recommend this. Pixi have said its suitable for sensitive skin so there's no danger of aggravation and should work for pretty much everyone.
