All About Brows

My favourite brow products (plus a few online tutorials!) have transformed the way I do my brows. Over the last few years brows have become a major thing in the beauty world. Seeing the rise of the 'instabrow' and brands like Anastasia Beverly Hills literally taking over social media channels brows are everywhere.

Never did we think they'd become so important!

Whether you prefer the sculpted kind or a more natural look there is almost guaranteed something on the market to suit. So here are my faves......

The eylure brow pencil, my favourite for creating naturally defined brows. The pencil is really soft, so your don't have to press hard to get a good amount of colour and most of the colours in the range are ashy so great at mimicking natural brow hairs, I find this one good for a gym day when you don't want to look too 'done'.

The Anastasia Dip Brow and MAC eye shadow are my daily go to for brows.  Together they create perfectly sculpted brows. I use the Dip Brow to carve out the underneath and MAC eye shadow to fill in the rest. I find with these I can make my brows as thin or thick as I like and they don't ever look unnatural, plus the Dip Brow is water proof!

To finish or if I'm feeling super lazy I'll go through my brows with the L'Oreal Brow Artist Plumper in the lightest shade as it adds a bit of colour and hold without feeling like you have hairspray in your eyebrows. I used to use the Benefit Gimme Brow which was excellent, however the L'Oreal one is equally as good and a fraction of the price.

Last but not least a little extra I picked up the other day, the Eylure Brow Luminizer. A finishing pencil for the eyebrows designed to highlight and illuminate the brow bone. One end is a super soft creamy yellow pencil and the other a shimmering champagne highlight. The yellow end is great for sharpening the underneath of the brow or adding just above for a subtle lift and the highlight end is great for the brow bone or even the corner of the eye as I've been doing.

What are your favourite brow products?
