And boy did I gander......
I managed to keep within the budget I'd set myself which I felt quite proud of and something I had to do as it wasn't safe setting me loose with that much beauty stuff!
I still managed to get a lot, you'll see in the picture the bits I picked up, fairly consistent in theme, lots of glitter (not sure why this is) and a few bits I wanted to try for ages.
The NYX stand was the first place we did some damage. My sister and I queued for ages to be able to browse their products. It was only really the lip stuff I was interested in so I picked up the Soft Matte Lip Cream in the shade Tokyo, a light baby pink and I also grabbed a few Butter Cream Glosses as these are one of my absolute favourite lip gloss products.
Next onto quite a random stall as it was selling all sorts of USA beauty and hair products - cue much excitement from us. They had Milani, The Balm, LA Pro and Sigma to name a few. I picked up two of the LA Girl Pro Concealers, one to conceal and the other to contour and The Balm Cindy Loumanizer, which I've already reviewed on the blog.
I picked up an under eye corrector from the Inglot stand which was huge and a nice mauvey toned nail varnish from China Glaze, which has turned out to be one of the best varnishes I own, dare I say as good as if not better than Essie!
Lastly and potentially one of my favourite items of the day I picked up a copper glitter eye shadow from Kryolan. I haven't managed to use this yet as I haven't had the occasion but when I do I know it's going to be awesome.
Have you tried any of these brands? Which is your favourite?
